Company Responsibility

Childs Cleaning Service shall not be responsible for stains and other discolorations which may appear after cleaning. These are often due to spillage or prior cleaning unknown or often forgotten by the customer.  Childs Cleaning Service shall not be liable for DEFECTS, SHRINKAGE, FADING, RUNNING of COLORS, SHADING, CURLING, BUCKLING, LOSS or DETERIORATION of RUBBER, LATEX OR PLASTIC BACKINGS.

Payment

Payment is due upon work completion or the agreed payment date between Childs Cleaning Service and client. If not paid when due, interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR) is added. Collection and Attorney Fees may also be charged.

We are the sole proprietors of the information collected on this site. We only collect data that are voluntarily provided by site visitors, and we never sell this information to any third parties without informed consent. Unless you indicate otherwise, we may contact you to tell you about Childs’ Cleaning Service updates or changes to this privacy policy.
